How do I change the permissions of folder?
you can use different FTP Client to change the folder permissions or you can login to cpanel, using Our File Manager you can change the permissions.
 

Who will be the owner of Domain Name If I fail to renew at the mentioned Time?
If the Domain name is expired and entered the state of redemptation,and the client fails to pay the redemptation charge the domain will be submitted to registry.
